“The lid itself is okay. I struggle opening it. It’s really hard to take it off. My first one broke and I got a replacement. The customer service is excellent. Lie is okay.”
“While I do love the ability to tuck the lid away (which is why I got it, so flies can’t get in my cup) it does make for quite the struggle to clean properly. Where the straw folds down gets disgusting so easily and there’s no way to properly clean it. I will say customer service handles this issue very well and sends. Replacement quickly.”
