“While I do love the ability to tuck the lid away (which is why I got it, so flies can’t get in my cup) it does make for quite the struggle to clean properly. Where the straw folds down gets disgusting so easily and there’s no way to properly clean it. I will say customer service handles this issue very well and sends. Replacement quickly.”
“Bought 2 creams for replacement lids. When I originally tried to pull the lid apart, I accidentally ripped the rubber piece (inside) into 2 pieces when I tried to remove it. I bought a 2nd one just in case I needed another one, especially since it seems to be a color that matches several of my other travelers.
I will say that when shipping the lids I wish they came in a little box rather than just a ziplock bag stuffed into the box. The tab on the top was pushed against the side and could have easily been damaged during shipping, but luckily it wasn't.”
