“My year old traveler had mold in the lid so I reached out and they sent me a brand new replacement. Unfortunately I had a limited edition frost traveler and they didn’t have the same color but they recommended this cream one and it looks amazing”
“I wasn't 100% satisfied with the quality of the flow from the cover that came with my new hydrojug. I did reach out to customer service. They very nicely gave information on how to clean/check is something was wrong with my lid. After that didn't work, they gladly replaced my lid due to the timeframe of which I purchased my original. Customer service was a pleasure to deal with and I am extremely satisfied.”
“I bought my traveler a very long time ago back on the original launch and have been very pleased with with it since. Zero issues with it leaking. Had to replace lid after dropping my cup face down in the sand and now can’t completely clean the grains out of the flip straw entirely so had to buy a new one. Glad they offer replacement lids so I didn’t have to buy a whole new cup! I did notice they have made some changes to the straw compared to the one I bought years ago. Hope this one lasts me as long as the last!”
