Le Chameau are the only rubber boots to be handmade by a single master bootmaker, each pair is unique. Using the highest quality materials and with a range of iconic and innovative styles, Le Chameau Maîtres Bottiers have been making our boots by hand for over 90 years. Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“These are so lovely and super comfy but they are alot more red than in the pictures shown on the le chameau website, in the picture they look more burgundy/ maroon... that would be my only complaint as felt a little bit disappointed”

“Excellent delivery and arrived the day after ordering. Very comfortable and I usually buy Hunters but they only last about a year and then leak and whilst I wear my wellies a lot I do expect them to last longer so hence I am giving Le Chameau a try. Thank you for a great Service.”

“Received my new wellies and they are very pretty and comfy around my foot. The Rubber is soft and light, very light which is great for walking. However I worry that because even the rubber soles seem to be soft anything could go through, not that I’ll be finding nails in the forest”
