At the end of the week I felt like the cravings were no longer there. I still felt tempted by certain sweets, but didn't feel that desperation that sugar addiction gave me before. What I loved is that the recipes left me full. I are only meals from the plan, 4-5 times a day, and lost 2 kg.

I really like this guide. Katie teaches you how to spot hidden sugars. My favorite new recipes I got from the plan are the turkey hummus lettuce wraps & the protein backed chia pudding.
