It is a great guide! The only thing is I wish it would have more of a structure on what you would typically eat in a day of the detox. Like a example of what to eat in the day.

On day 4 and feeling better than ever! This plan is so easy to use and has given me great meal plan ideas. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about it to do it and you will feel amazing!

I cannot say much because I just started the detox today. But what I can say is that I had done a different detox with another site and I really didn’t enjoy the foods on there. They were not my regular foods that I normally have. With LSF, the foods are not crazy items that you haven’t heard before. Also the foods on LSF have flavor and are pretty simple to prepare, which I’m all for that!! So would love to fill up all the stars ⭐️ but I’m going to finish the challenge and then see how I feel afterwards...

The 7 day sugar detox had a lot of good information in it, the recipes helped give me ideas on meals and things I could add into my smoothies! I actually liked adding frozen cauliflower to my smoothies!

Although I haven't officially started detoxing yet, I plan to after the holidays. I'm still giving this 5 stars because of how much information it provides and how easy the plan is. I know this will be hard to do, like Katie says, but I know I'll feel better afterwards! Thanks for all the information!
