Hi Marni! So glad you liked the Sugar Detox Guide :) The point of the guide is to help you detox sugar from your diet, not lose weight. Typically, in cutting out sugar weight loss can happen, and likely will if you continue these habits beyond the first 7 days. But the main focus is to have you feeling better and being healthier.

Absolutely thrilled I bought this do do along side the lots of love challenge. But it is definitely not only good for the challenge - which is over at the time of me writing this. Taking care of yourself, especially in this vain, giving up sugar or even cutting back on it is super tough but it’s not impossible with the right guidance and delicious recipes it can actually be really enjoyable. In fact, I LOVED my time of the detox and I plan to keep it going - it really opened my eyes to foods and ingredients so it serves as a purpose to educate you on what you are putting in your body. Do I recommend this guide HECK YES! Do it, you’re totally worth it.

Hi, I liked this guide. It is helpful and supportive. However, it is missing more vegan/vegetarian options. I am vegan and it means I really struggled to come up with other options. It also is why I won't commit to buying any other larger packages. Otherwise, like the community and her videos. Thanks!!

This guide was awesome! Fit perfectly in my purse for me to take everywhere with me! I had it put together at Office Depot to help me keep it all organized. Great information to help you learn different techniques on eating snack/meals with no sugar! Truly worth the buy! Thanks again IG: Emilie1422

I am loving this guide. It really gives some tips on how you can avoid sugar. Also, it makes you really think how much sugar. You are actually putting in your body everyday and it’s really not just sweets. For me I can name a whole bunch of things. Because the sugar intake is a lot. Which I know you all can and you have because if someone was wondering that is in the guide to. Very helpful for me and I bet everyone that put the effort in to do this guide.

IG: laura_lsf15 The sugar detox guide has been extremely helpful to me this week. It took out the guess work and stress of coming up with a meal plan. I'm somewhat of a picky eater, so rather than the guide tell you what to eat each day, it gives you a list of breakfast, snack and lunch & dinner options for you to customize. That has been very helpful for me because it allows me to pick what I like. There is a blank sheet that you can fill out to schedule your meals for the week. I used that to make my grocery list and then kept it on the fridge to refer back to. I also love that it list different things that sugar is called to look for on an ingredients list. I don't think I would have known how to start a sugar detox without this guide. I probably would have been very hungry trying to figure it out on my own.
