“20" is way longer in person than I imagined lol. You do get a lot of pieces per set, so you only need to purchase one (not two like I did). My hair is on the finer side, so I have to get creative with how I put these in to avoid weird bumps, overlapping, shelving and gaps. Since I ordered two sets of 20" I trimmed one down to 16"-ish for a more everyday option. The color, although dark, wasn't as dark as I needed (should have went with off-black), so I had to color them to match my hair since I was fixing up my roots anyways. All worked out in the end. These are a good option for beginners I think. You get a lot of pieces for the price and generally speaking they are user friendly. Do your research on the color options beforehand!! I found them to be slightly lighter in person than what is shown on the website. If your hair is a true deep brown (level 3) go with the shade "off-black". Hoping they come out with highlighted/ombre versions of "off-black" in the future.
*IMO: the shade mocha brown is perf when deep brown hair is faded post coloring, but is not deep enough for a level 3 color*”
