“I had a Thunderbolt Dock that sadly failed, however MacFixit were same day quick in responding with an offer to replace, slight hitch, with Covid there are international delivery delays.
Their fix was to offer a similar, now considered superior free replacement.
This was accepted late afternoon and was duly processed and I did not expect the CalDigit TS3 PLUS dock till mid week.
Lucky one of their many warehouses were in my same city and I received the next day!
WOWSERS, couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism, as per previous purchases, and the subsequent service I have received.
Their technical knowledge to answer questions also knows NO BOUNDS, Jacob and team are awesome!!

“No issues at all. Well designed, excellent number of connections and pretty much the only dock you'll need.
Using this both with two screens and with a 2021 Apple Macbook Pro M1 Max and a Dell Precision 5560 - both with no notable problems.
The only thing that would make it better would be increased power delivery to match that of the Mac charger.”
