“We were amazed at the quality of the prime rib and that is was perfect medium rare. We were traveling the day of Christmas and staying at an VRBO. We needed something easy we could put in the oven when we arrived. We could not have been happier. It was pricey with the shipping but we could not have been happier with the quality.”
