“Returning product. Was told I would get a pendent AND a wrist device. Did not get the wrist device and what is called a "pendant " can double as a small lockbox. Also feel I was misled about it being for emergencies and it's not. They only call the 2 contact phone numbers you give them.”

“11/1/18 I fell outside my Dr's office. I pushed the call button 3 times at 2 minute intervals before someone finally answered. He thought I was at my home address. I had to provide him with the address where I had fallen, and the name of the business before he could proceed whit dispatching an ambulance, (the GPS quite evidently did not work). By the time an operator finally came on the line, one of the observers to my fall had called 911 and an ambulance came to transport me to the hospital. I am fearful that the next time I need help you will not respond. I am NOT satisfied with your service, and wish to cancel.”

“I now am concerned. I did not agree to having your services. I agreed to place an order which was to be “on hold” until I called back. I called back over a week ago & was told the order was cancelled. Based on the email I received today, it wasn’t cancelled. Please advise the status of this issue ASAP.”

“I used it for 3 days. Each day the fall indicator sensed I had fallen and started calling for EMT's. I had NOT. The third day when it went off, it refused to turn off when I pressed the button as required to turn off the alert. I was able to get to the base unit in time to turn off the unit. Good thing, as the EMT's were going to be called immediately. This unit caused more stress than the security I expected. I returned it and hope to get my full year's payment back.”

“Your product was useless every time my wife sat down or bent over it alarm would go off. This should not have happened which is why I returned your product it did not perform the way it should have and was not good in a far away area. We have an acre of property and at the farthest point it did not work.”

“what is the sense in getting a wrist band or necklace if you also have to care the wall thing anyway???should have said that at beginning....getting grass and you have to have a pocket to carry the home connected device...when the six months are up I don't want it anymore...….thank you for letting me vent....”
