“False alarms at 3 AM that awaken me from sleep. No clear advantages with this system. More difficult to use since it requires that I carry an object when outside my residence that has to be charged every 24 hours. and also wear a medallion around my neck Very disappointing.”

“Currently, the bars are showing on my base station. For several months, however, the emergency and reset buttons blinked for hours while the bars disappeared. It was like living in a broken neon sign. During that time, I had no real feeling I could connect if I had an emergenccy. I just don't feel confident that I wll get help if I'm away from the base station while carrying the "help" device. Unfortunately, I don't remember to test the system; lots of distractions in my life. Haven't had time to consider switching back to my previous provider.”

“The wrist bands are so poorly constructed that they fel apart within a couple of days. came apart and fell off my wrist. it would do no good to replace them because the construction is so poor that it would happen again. Karen Chandler 406-272-1500”

“Response time after I pressed my button is very slow – sometimes five minutes. Also the equipment seems to have a lot of glitches, like the operator can hear me that I cannot hear the operator. Have had to have the equipment switched out a couple of times too. Device appears to randomly go off particularly the fall detector. I've not really been impressed with the service.”

“The first year we had this system for my father-in-law was fine. But, then the system stopped working properly so the entire system was replaced. At that same time, they changed the user interface to control all the settings of the devices. It is so poorly done that I am in the process of looking for another system. It took approximately 3 days to even get the "Locate Me" feature working properly. Extremely disappointed!!!”

“MobileHelp is a classic online scam. They will do anything to get your money, but do nothing to provide you service. Buyer beware. I've already contact my Attorney General about their shady business practices.”
