“As a user, having difficulty. Fall alert pendent too sensitive and it has not been replaced as the technician promised. Trying to call is abusive to seniors with a menu that is incomprehensible. The voice speaks in paragraphs for one extension. Impossible. Why am I still connected? good question. Will be cancelling as soon as I can get through that miserable telephone list. V Jackson”

“I was not able to use it, my area those not have AT&T service, I told the salesmen this and he said that it would not be a problem, sounds like he just wanted to make a sale. It looked like a good program, they should train the salesman better.”

“The device that goes off when you move goes off even if you don't move it's continually going off or shorten the lanyard as advised by customer service still goes off on its own several times a day very annoying”

“So far I am not very pleased with the device. I have had a number of fall alarms even though I have been sitting in a chair. I didn't realize I had to carry another item around to activate the alarm away from the home (650 ft) The cost is much higher than I anticipated. My wife doesn't hear the voice from the alarm center because it can't be turned up loud enough to be hear through the wall.”
