I am very sorry , but I am unhappy with this system . I wish to return the product and receive a refund on my money . I did not realize that I had to carry the transmitter with me all the time . I though wearing the watch or pendent was enough . Please tell how I can return this .

The associates simply did not do what they said they would do, from verifying the correct email address and sending a return label to the wrong address, to saying they will send a return label for UPS or USPS to simplify my return, they sent a FedEx return label for a service outside of my town. Thanks for the grief!

I paid for Express Delivery and the unit was shipped to the wrong address and got lost. I cancelled my order and was told if it showed up to refuse the package. It arrived about a week later and I refused it. I was told that I would receive the credit (about $300) when it was returned. 4 weeks after I cancelled, I still have not been credited and was told that the unit is lost again (FedEx) and that I will not be credited until it arrives back to the company.
