“Accidentally pushed Mobil button. Did not know what to and pushed off button. This resulted in calls to my emergency Notifier’s. I tried calling your number and had to for at least 15 minutes. I could have been dead you then. Not acceptable”

“Wireless system does not work on internet, only phone. I have no cellphone service. Customer service was lousy. Had to return it all, tried to order a landline unit, but they wanted to charge me again before refunding the first charge. They actually refused to delay the second purchase & charge, so I cancelled everything myself, to delay the second charge. And then found a much better deal too: if you’re over 50, check out your County Office For the Aging. Thank you, MobileHelp!”

“The directions were not even remotely near the equipment I was sent and it didn’t match what I was told about it. As soon as I am healthy enough to deal with it it is going back unused”
