“I never signed up for Mobilehelp. One of your pushy salesmen signed me up without any approval on my part. If I were CEO of your company he would have been fired. I’ve asked to get my name off your records. PLEASE!”

“I have both rhe wrist button and the the button that hangs from the neck with fall detection on it. The button that hangs around my neck goes off when I sleep and went off once when I was resting on the recliner. It is very annoying. I therefore, wear the wrist button most of the time. When I called customer service the gentleman suggested that I use the wrist band when I sleep. I go to the washroom several times during the night and wanted to feel secure if I fall.”

“The medical alert system did not work the first time it was tested. They sent a older model and it didn't work either. I paid for one year of service by credit card before they sent the product. They paid to return systems but have a policy of not refunding money for 30 days. Will contact BBB.”

“I changed my mind and returned the equipment by FedEx as instructed and with label/code provided. Someone at MobileHelp signed for it at least 3 weeks ago and I still do not have my refund. I need this off my credit card.”
