I set my mobile help up but forgot one important part. So I was wearing it and believing it was functioning. Then today I fell getting into the shower. Laying there I waited for some response from my help but none came. Lucky I was able to get up with out any injuries. I then went back and tested all over and found I didn’t do the wristband. Mobile help should have noticed that when I initially set this up. I believe it is working now. But it could have been bad because I hit my head pretty hard. And I’m on blood thinners!

Used product about a week , then tried to test it w. both the pendant and wrist watch and in both cases I failed - getting the operator instead. Was too frustrating and I gave up. Haven't used it since - too busy with other things. Also, couldn't return it, because of COVID 19 could not leave house and as I just had a hip operation and couldn't drive. Hope to try it again soon, because I know if it works like it promises, I'll probably need it eventually - not getting any younger.

Mom went back on the hospital the day we received the unit. We havent opened the box. It is curious that no one reached out and asked why we had not activated the unit. It is looking like we selected a sell and go company not a real service provider.

The sales experience was extremely pushy. Furthermore, I asked to process payment/order the next day so I could change the billing card and was assured that would be the case. My card then was immediately billed and there was no way to reverse that. Second, the product did not work, as cell reception is poor in my father's place of residence, and I was assured it would work despite my overtures of connectivity issues. Third, I was told, with a confirmation number to boot, that the full amount I was billed for INCLUDING overnight shipping would be refunded. The refund did not include the shipping charge. Going through multiple medical alert companies, I can assure any consumer that they are all the same. They are trying to sell a product first and foremost and they can sugarcoat the wording of the customer service rep, but they are all the same. So, try to get the best deal with equipment that actually works. That was not MobileHelp in my particular case.
