I have not had any connection to Mobile Help, except for a bunch of fake phone calls and emails, that did not concern me. I wish you would get me of your list, so I don't get bothered anymore. Got it.

I am disappointed in Mobile Help. After reading the positive reviews, I expected a better experience than I have had. My biggest problem is the button that I wear around my neck goes off too easily. It takes so little pressure to set off an emergency call. It goes off while I sleep or if I lean against a surface (for example a counter.) This creates agood deal of stress for me especially since the volume at the base station is extremely loud. I have tried to adjust it to the lowest volume. It is still too loud. Mobile Help did not address the volume issue, but offered me "wall buttons" to use instead of the button on the cord around my neck for $18.00 plus tax. I do not think I should have to pay more money when their equipment is sub-standard. The "tech support" man was unconcerned and not helpful. I recommend that you think twice before signing up with Mobile Help.

I haven't been able to activate it. The test button did not work. Now I've been instructed to call you. It's a hassle. Wish I hadn't paid for a whole year.

I cancelled the service!! They still charged me for inistal equipment charges and 1st month charge!! This company is dishonest!!! I have no money in my account because they took the money out of my account!!! I don't get SSI until the 25th!! I need my money back

I have returned all the equipment you sent me for a refund. I was not happy with some of the equipment. I sent it back within the time period of 30 days, but never even have heard from you. If you do respond by returning my $519.50, I will contact my attorney.
