“The bracelet irritates my wrist and I have to take it off and put ointment on it until it heals. The fall detection goes off to easily. I was just sitting in the bathroom putting my makeup on and it went off. I don't like having the only microphone on the GPS system. I have it on the counter in the kitchen. If I fall and can't get up I wouldn't be able to get to it. And the bracelet is just plain ugly.”

“I’ve tried testing the system multiple times already and it just keeps saying contacting help or whatever it says. My mom fell yesterday and nothings happened. Waste of money!!’”
