“I received MobileHelp and realized it was not for me so I returned it. They acknowledged receipt but they won't refund until 30 days have passed. Therefore, I would not consider MobileHelp again.”

“got it to much money each month. Give me one for 10 dollars a month I will get it Never got one too much per month can't afford give me one for 10 dollars a month I will get it. When you are on social security your check does not go far. To much money give it to at 10 dollars l will get it. Soctal security does not give us a of money. We can't get the things we really need to me that's nothing for my piece of mind.”

“I do not want anything around my nech as there is a plate and screws in my neck. I would prefer a wrist band type. I called and said no even tho the brochure said it is possible. If not you will not get a good rating from me. PERIOD. I WILL SEND IT BACK IF IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO GET A WRISTBAND TYPE CHARLES”

“TERRIBLE service in my opinion. I posted the button at 4:01am and they did not come on the line until 4:13am. It rang until it was finally answered but the operator did not come thru the mobile unit in the bedroom where I was at, I had to make my way thru a dark house (there was a power outage) . TERRIBLE service and had I been in dire need I could have bled out before they got around to answering my alert. BEWARE of this company. You really don't have the timely backup from this company.”
