I wanted a scale Aircraft with Flaps and retracts and I like the TA 152, so this was a great match. After Assembly, the aircraft is not ment to be disassembled again. The wing gets mounted with four sheet metal screws into plastic. Flying with a 4s 4000mAh LiPo, because I already had it in use. It barly fits but the extra weight is not a problem. I flew the model during heavy winds, flying is not a problem, but landing gets very difficult. The foam and especially the painting is very sensitive, even for a EPO model. Overall it looks great, need very low wind conditions to fly good, handles well in the air, but is very sensitive while handling on the ground

We have bought several FlightLine and Freewing aircraft from Motion RC over the last few years and this one was definitely the most challenging to fly. With that being said, it was also one of the most enjoyable because of the ever present challenges. This is a true scale warbird as far as the flight characteristics are concerned. It assembled very well and looks great right out of the box. Be very careful setting this one up as it is very sensitive to control inputs. I would definitely recommend playing around with the rates and expo before putting it in the air. I dialed mine way down and used 20 percent expo on low rates. That was a good starting point for me but everyone is different. Takeoffs need to be gradual and rudder input is needed to keep it straight. If you try yanking it off the ground to early, it will almost definitely stall. It flies very stable at the proper airspeed but you have to stay on it and do not fly it to slow. I setup the approach at about 40 percent power and gradually decreased but kept a good amount of power in before landing. It nosed over on the first try but I did considerably better the second time around. Another great product from Motion RC but an aircraft that really needs to be respected or it will go in the ground fast. Not a beginner airplane by any stretch of the imagination but a great challenge for those looking for it!

Just want to say that the Motion RC crew is refreshingly honest in their reviews of the Motion RC aircraft products. I know they promote the products, but are also first to admit that they crashed a plane, and give great tips on how to best fly. It's like having a friend at the field with you. No gimmicks, great prices and honest reviews. I will buy this plane soon, after James's admission that he bought this after starting at Motion RC and he was excited about it, crashed it but kept on going. That's the real world.
