“The plane came with a couple dents and bends in the foam other than that it looks great and I love the scale sticker sheet. The plane flys very well. Gear is a little disappointing because it can’t take much of an impact. I would recommend the gear with shocks.”

“Went together very well. Wireing is a nightmare but it all worked out with patience. Still working on cg there is confusion on location. Bought upgraded gear set it went on easily the new nose gear doesnt use the clip finally.”

“Poor! If I had known the multiple issues I would be facing, I would not have purchased this P-38. Owners manual grossly outdate from product shipped. CG graphic can be interpreted two different locations. Is it tested gear up or gear down, upright or inverted. Wiring to receiver a nightmare. The Motion RC video of little help. Process needs to be improved. Premium gear arrived with no instruction or photo of nose gear. Factory should install upgraded gear.”

“Box and parts within were received undamaged. ICM (control board) (landing gear sequencer) was faulty- one landing gear door would open but landing leg would not extend. I contacted tech support (ticket T579978) which insisted on me sending a video of failure. I tried several times but did not. I ordered a replacement ICM. Plane and landing gear now works. I requested a refund of the cost for the replacement part which was still under warranty. This is still unresolved at this time.Great plane, excellent design details and value for the price paid.”

“Love the plane, Flies great once you get it trimmed out but it does come in fast so be prepared to use lots of runway. Few things with things with the build… The Lightning did not disappoint!!!”
