“I have been taking these multivitamins for 2 months now and have noticed that I have more energy. It's also wonderful to know that I'm getting my nutrients as I have a very busy schedule these vitamins give me peace of mind! I don't think I have been taking them long enough to notice a difference in my skin/hair yet but they are definitely no worse! I will keep an eye on my skin and hair to see if they improve. I will be buying again!”
