“Omg the size of these tablets is what puts one off. How can they be made so big and then one is supposed to swallow 4 twice daily. Also I think personally, I will stick to 2 twice daily and then increase to the 4 twice daily”

“The best way to understand these multi vitamins is to go to Dr Mercola's website and read about the product there. There are other companies that offer multis in 8 per day formats but as far as I can see Dr Mercola is the only one who offers a "wholefood" version. That is why I take them. So, once again, go to the website, mercola.com , and see for yourself.”
