“These tablets are large and you have to swallow either 4 twice a day with 2 meals or 8 tablets with a single meal. I think most people could manage this easily. The benefits of these whole-food tablets will soon become apparent, especially when you realize just how much food you would have to eat. Look at the ingredients, another Dr.Mercola winner and swift delivery.”

“I have a health condition that leaves me somewhat listless. I wasn't really getting the support needed from health professionals. I worked out that I was lacking essential vitamins and minerals that resulted in my lack of energy. I didn't have high expectations as I have taken multivitamins before. This time I purchased Dr Mercola's whole-food multivitamins. I progressed from lethargy to walking to work, 40 minutes each way, within three weeks, that all annoying brain fog started to dissipate and my mood lifted. I found that the recommended dose wasn't necessary. I would take between 4-5 tablets and not the full eight. It would be a great product to have on the NHS as it would help a lot of people to improve their health and manage conditions and possibly speed up recovery. A highly recommended product.”

“Great for sleep-deprived parents who need a boost and can't always eat healthy.. I have noticed a definite energy boost whilst taking only half the dosage with these (4 tablets as opposed to 8). Would highly recommend as a staple to any significant change. If you can only make one change, this is the one!”
