Just make sure it includes the charging cable. We received on that did not.

Battery works well. I ususally charge it at night if i wear it often during the day.

If you work outside daily during the winter months do yourself a favor and get the bigger battery as the mini does not last long, only lasts in the low setting and you can’t truly feel the warmth on the low setting.

I have been in contact with customer service and I’m waiting for them to respond. The courier sent a picture of a white mailbox which I do have and so does everyone else on my street of a delivery. I checked with all my neighbors and no one received the shipment. I also went to the post office and spoke with them and checked all around my property.Customer service told me to get in touch with the courier, which I did and they told me that the shipper has to file a claim which has not been done yet. I don’t know why. Still waiting to hear back on how to proceed.
