“If you work outside daily during the winter months do yourself a favor and get the bigger battery as the mini does not last long, only lasts in the low setting and you can’t truly feel the warmth on the low setting.”

“I have been in contact with customer service and I’m waiting for them to respond. The courier sent a picture of a white mailbox which I do have and so does everyone else on my street of a delivery. I checked with all my neighbors and no one received the shipment. I also went to the post office and spoke with them and checked all around my property.Customer service told me to get in touch with the courier, which I did and they told me that the shipper has to file a claim which has not been done yet. I don’t know why. Still waiting to hear back on how to proceed.”
