Hi Paul, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the battery isn’t reaching a full charge or holding it as expected. It usually means the charger/cable isn’t providing enough power to top it off. Please try charging the battery using a wall outlet with a compatible charger (for PD batteries, we recommend a 24W+ PD adapter) and make sure you’re using the original ororo charging cable, with all connections firmly secured. It’s also best to charge at room temperature (about 41°F–113°F / 5°C–45°C), as very cold environments can slow or limit charging. If the battery still won’t reach a full charge after these steps, please email us at support@ororowear.com, and our team will be happy to assist further. Thanks for choosing ororo.
“I was gifted the heated vest one year ago. In less than 3 months, the original battery would not charge. I bought this second charger with hopes that I could use the vest again. The new battery never fully charges. I have charged the battery for many hours only to have one light still blinking. I am terribly disappointed.”

“I had to buy this because an Ororo jacket that I bought as a gift for Christmas did not come with the needed battery. I contacted the company but never heard a word back from them. The battery works fine... but I never should had to buy it. Poor customer service.”

“This battery is a sweet little one that tucks in to a pocket. I don't feel it's cumbersome, and the battery life is adequate. On a single charge it lasts a bit over 4 hours when put on M.”
