“My first one stopped working within the warranty period. Instead of sending me a replacement of the same model, they sent me a refurbished standard phone soap. Not the phone soap pro. Poor customer service”

“The product does what it says. But, it’s a sealed case that cannot be opened to fix anything that goes wrong.
The top bulbs are not protected. So anything that can hit the bulb will break it.
So it works. But I wouldn’t recommend it because of the sealed poor build quality.
Designed to be thrown in a landfill.”

“A reputable UV light testing card did not recognize my PhoneSoap as achieving germicidal wavelength. I'm not sure if mine was a faulty unit, or if the whole company is snake oil. But I have a $100 paper weight”

We understand your concern regarding the UV light testing card not recognizing your PhoneSoap as achieving germicidal wavelength. We assure you that our products are designed and tested to meet the highest industry standards.
We recommend the Gueso UVC lab card and the Intellego Technologies UV dosimeter. These are the only UV cards commercially available and properly measure UV-C light dosage, which is what the PhoneSoap uses!
