“I received my towels and per the guide did the initial wash on cold and tumble dried on extra low. Pulled them out and the sides are unraveling on both and several of the dos have threads pulled out. Contacted customer service via their portal and haven’t received a response. And their generic reply that they received my ticket just says “ It may take up to 2 or more business days to receive a response during our Holiday season. Please note that we reply to emails in chronological order and emailing multiple times will not result in a quicker reply.”
And since they wanted a review before they’ve addressed my concern. Here it is. Don’t buy.”

“I was so excited when my towels arrived. These are beautiful. However, one wash and the seam stitch on one side of each towel has come loose and is a very long, tangled mess. Washed on gentle cool temperature Hang dry (I do not use the dryer for my Turkish cotton towels). Too expensive for the first wash cycle to have the entire length of one towel and half the length of the other towel to unravel on the first wash. These towels were my first SandCloud towel purchase and I am sorely disappointed. I have a competitor’s towels and have washed and hung to dry many, many times over and no unraveling of seams. And, less expensive.
Sorry SandCloud, I was hoping the towels would hold up like my TEEMA towels but one wash and BOTH towels unravel. I am very disappointed.”
