“Well, my first impression of this poncho was that it was very thick and felt like I was wearing a towel. I brought it on vacation when I went camping in Utah and fell in love with it. I used it as a car seat cover putting the hood over the headrest, I used it after showering as a towel on the interior side and wore around the campsite, and I also put it on when I got cold. I even sent it as a gift to my friend I went camping with. The car seat cover was the best part, no sticking to the seat or having a hot seat from the sun.”

“TODAY I RECEIVED ( 3 ) PONCHOS. TWO IN BLUE AND ONE WITH TAN STRIPES. THE ONE WITH TAN STRIPS HAS A CLUSTER OF ( STRING PULLS ) COMING OUT OF THE FRONT OF THE FABRIC!!! I AM VERY UPSET BECAUSE IN TOTAL I BOUGHT (4) AND SPENT $80.00 FOR IT TO BE SENT TO ME DEFECTIVE ??!!!! REFUSE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM SAND CLOUD.”

“I want start off that this is a great product. I’ve watched this brand since Shark tank. Finally made the decision to buy for my kids and family. Ordered not once but twice, I even visited and purchased at their store in San Diego. With my first order I didn’t get an item I ordered. I reached out to customer service, took over a week to reply. “We are busy would you like us to mail you the item or credit?” I quickly replied back, please mail me the item. Felt confident that it would be rectified, and placed a second order. Went to CA visited the store and bought two more.
It’s been over a month and I have yet to receive my missing item AND now they are not responsive. My next course of action is to dispute the charge for my missing item. I’d be very wary to order more than one or two if at all.
I’m sad because it’s really a great product but I have one kid who I will have to find a different one. Rip curl offers a similar product.”
