We are awfully sorry to see that you are unhappy with your cover. Please know that fabric life is affected by the application, location, and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. If you live in an area that gets more sun exposure than most of the cover, along with exposure to other elements such as strong winds and snow (if applicable), it can also affect longevity. We do offer replacement cover kits in Standard, Heavy-Duty, and Ultra-Duty material. The heavier materials have a longer warranty and life expectancies, which might better suit your needs. “Very happy with the replacement cover. It was reasonably easy to install (for a non-handyman) and took only a couple of hours. I had help from my wife to pull the top cover over the frame but otherwise was able to do it on my own. Fits the frame very well and looks great.”
“It would nice if the cover’s actually lasted for a year. I have replaced mine 4-5 times within a time period of 4-6 months each. The concept is awesome, the quality non existent. But I will keep replacing mine and pissing and moaning the whole time.”

All our shelters include a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, and if they cover tears within that period, we suggest filing a claim and having that reviewed and possibly replaced by the corresponding department.
