“The covers could be made a little more durable. This is the 3rd time I have had to replace the cover in 6 years. It is way too expensive for having to replace it so often. Maybe try making it out of heavier quality material.”

Thank you for your feedback! We do offer more permanent covers such as the (14.5 oz PVC and 21.5 oz PVC), which are much stronger and have much longer life expectancies and warranties. If you are using your shelter as a permanent structure, then this will be a more suitable option. We are awfully sorry to see that you are unhappy with your cover. Please know that fabric life is affected by the application, location, and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. If you live in an area that gets more sun exposure than most of the cover, along with exposure to other elements such as strong winds and snow, it can also affect longevity. We are sorry to hear this! You'll install end the panels the same way the originals were installed. The end panels wrap around the frame. The pipes do not go in the pocket sleeves. You will only wrap the end panel around the frame and tighten it down with the ratchets. If you need assistance with the assembly, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. “During assembly, the new ratchets were unusable. I Had to use the old ones. Slightly tightening the cover straps, I heard the cover material tareing. I stopped tightening to check how tight the strap was, only to find out that it was still loose. This happened on the door, rear cover and top. What happened to shelterlogic?”
