“I have purchased 4 replacement covers since I bought this shelter.The last two were of poor quality and didn't last but a year. Would not recommend shelterlogic to anyone as their quality of product has diminished”

“I bought this in late summer early fall of 2016. By early summer 2017 small tears were starting where cover meets poles in some areas. Patched these areas to prevent further tearing to no avail. Now February 2018 cover is just tearing all over. always kept the snow off so that isn't the reason. Fabric is just to cheap and maybe not UV rated. It seems for what these cost they should last longer than a year and a half. Should have put the money towards a wood structure. Replacement cover is to expensive and time consuming to replace every year or year and a half. Poor quality even for a temporary shelter.”

We are very sorry to see your cover did not last as long as you had hoped. Fabric life is affected by application, location and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. This model does have a one year warranty, within that warranty period we would have been able to replace your cover at no cost. Our covers are UV treated inside, outside and in between and we also offer upgraded covers which have significantly longer life expectancies and warranties. “The covering is so weak that a good wind ripped it to pieces. As I pulled on some to try and adjust it, my fingers went right through it like it was paper. And I only had it up for a yr. so not happy.”

This unit does include a one year warranty and if you are still within that time frame we suggest filing a claim and having the warranty department review it. “I WASTED $400!!! SO COMPLICATED TO INSTALL!!! DIRECTIONS ARE GOOD FOR NOTHING JUST PICTURES. PRODUCT IS GOOD BUT THE ASSEMBLY IS THE PROBLEM. SHELTERLOGIC SHOULD HAVE THEIR OWNER ASSEMBLERS OR HAVE A THIRD PARTY ASSEMBLE THEM JUST HORRIBLE!!!”
