“I did not receive any update, or status of the repair. The brand new wall mounted split unit was left in pieces in my room with absolutely no explanation. Very disappointed in this service”
“I am not happy that the condensation pan is cracked on my unit and the water drained into my attic insulation and ceilings. I had it serviced as part of my contract in May and was not told of a broken pan. I have only had service staff in the attic to work on it.”
“The tech showed up, did not fix the issue and I was told I would hear back by end of day for tomorrow all I received was an invoice for an incomplete repair”
“I dont think the tech is professional enought and he seems is not familar with what to do with the job. When he is working on the tune-up, the thermometer shows strange warnings and his reply is I did nothing I dont know why it looks like that.”

“After you left I heard a gurgling noise from the AC. The drain line was clogged inside and outside so this was obviously not checked.
The oil heater is also constantly tripping.”
