“I have tension in my shoulders a lot so heating pads are a must have! I prefer weighted pads because they make better and more consistent contact when wearing them. This one comes with a really soft cover, but it seems a little bulky and hard to fit correctly inside it. The manual shows that once it's heated the icon will disappear from the controller, but it only stops flashing. Then it flashes intermittently. I think this indicates it doesn't have a consistent heat and gets hot,cools,then heats again. I didn't notice a huge difference in the temperature other than the controller flashing. This is nice if you're looking for a corded weighted heating pad.”
“I really like this heating pad. It snaps around your neck, and then you choose your time from 30 to 120 minutes. Heat setting goes from 1 to 6. I tried it for 30 minutes at level 6 which was a nice amount of warmth on my upper back. This unit plugs in so you would need your chair to be near an outlet. I'm going to get frequent use out of this heating pad this winter.”
