“Setting time takes too long. Setting alarm also and unsuccessful as it went off at midnight instead of 7am! Takes several boils to get rid of plastic taste and smell of kettle.”
“We have been using the Swan Teasmade for over forty years, we replaced our last one for a vintage style unit three months ago and there must be an issue with quality control since in the post three months we have returned five in a row as each had and issue with either the alarm setting not making the tea or similar issues. It just did not work?”
