“Made a mistake in the ordering process and cut it after I made payment got a hold of customer support and ask them if they could make the change which they did no problem. Since it was a custom build I expected it to take a while but I feel the time I took was quite reasonable. Kept in touch with the support team and they were quick to respond to my inquiries. The sword turned out awesome I am so happy with it I we'll probably be buying more swords from them in the future”

“Awesome product, definitely worth the money although I do have a complaint. It's hard to draw the sword after its fully sheated but I think that will go away with time (its already a bit better). Thats why only 4 stars.”

“After selecting many of the premium options for the custom katana, I was disappointed when it arrived. The blade was warped slightly. it didn’t seem to have the extra polish I ordered and wasn’t sharp. The hilt doesn’t have the silk wrap I ordered. And a few other things as well. But it is still a sword so that cool.”
