“Everything is amazing the blade and the Saya and the handle are amazing the only downside for me is that the Shitodome are very loose they won't stay in place they weren't even in the correct place when they arrived. But that's the only bad thing everything else is great that is why that was a let down for me”

“Made a mistake in the ordering process and cut it after I made payment got a hold of customer support and ask them if they could make the change which they did no problem. Since it was a custom build I expected it to take a while but I feel the time I took was quite reasonable. Kept in touch with the support team and they were quick to respond to my inquiries. The sword turned out awesome I am so happy with it I we'll probably be buying more swords from them in the future”
