“I normally order fresh and roast my own, but due to major surgery this year, I ordered it already roasted. I just made a batch of salsa and as always, my Indiana friends love it! I’m hoping to be able to roast my own year, but I won’t hesitate to purchase the pre roasted and frozen again.”

“I live in the Denver area and each Fall have access to chile operations to purchase roasted Hatch Chile Peppers. However the peppers from The Hatch Chile Store are considerably more flavorable and the qualtiy superior. Plus I didn't have the chore of bagging and freezing the peppers once I got them home. Hatch Chile Store peppers are beautifully packaged. I ordered Medium heat and it's perfect for us. Thanks for a great product.”

“Lived near Grand Junction, Co. for years. All of my roasted chilies I got thru Okagawa farms in G.J. These chilies have the same great roast and meaty chilies. Just miss buying them fresh by the bushel for pork green chili.”

“Last year (2023) I found a website offering Hatch Chilis. and since I love those chilis, I opened an account here, at Hatch Chili Store. That same day I placed my first order, not only for myself, but for my sister as well, the Hatch Store leaves nothing to chance. Besides making it easy to open your account, or adding shipping addresses, payment methods, delivery schedules, packaging of the products, and much more. The Hatch Chili Store website makes it easy & fast to ensure you get what you expect to get- either fresh Chilis or ready-skinned, cooked, prepared, and flash-frozen. If you have any questions or doubts (like I did) you can call during business hours and someone answers (Daniel answered my call), or maybe you'll be requested to leave a brief message as there are times when they are bombarded with phone orders- which is another way you can order. I have a couple of photos my sister forwarded to me when she got her first shipment last year and the one she got last month. I'll look for them, to post. BTW, My sister's entire family didn't waste any time using the Hatch Chilis- they loved them. If you need me to tell you to try them, OK, I will... get yourself some and enjoy the Hatch Chjili Stores' name-sake product... HATCH CHILIS. Thanks.”
