“There is nothing that compares to authentic Hatch Valley roasted chilies. We use them every day in many ways. These are the best we have found. And talk about convenient. We get them whole and select the best out of every pound bag for rellenos. I them cut up the rest for cooking and making sauces. We live in West Virginia and don't get back to New Mexico all that often any more. So having a source of quality chilies is important. Packed as they are with an ample supply of dry ice they always come fully frozen. If you like the food of New Mexico and want quality than this is the place for you. I strongly recommend it”

“The chiles always arrived well packaged and still frozen in a thick foam box. Very good product. I found I wasn't doing a great job of remembering to use them in a timely fashion, so I have switched away from a subscription but will keep ordering as needed.”

“I ordered med to hot. It was not hot or even med. I made a chili stew and had to add crushed red chili peppers to make it a little spicy. I did notice that the 2016 chili was not spicy and you should order the hot but nothing was written about the 2017 so I figured it would be all right.”
