“AS always, Hatch Chilis has proven to be the best of the best, so many ways to enjoy them, in Green Chili, Red Chili, Soups, Salsa, and I always use them when I make twice baked potatoes, I mix them into the stuffing and after filling the skin, lay half a chili across the top, PLUS as a treat for myself, wrapped and warmed in a flour tortilla all by its self. Mmmm Good.”

“I ordered 5 #. I asked to have 4 chopped and 1# whole. I never got a response and received 5# chopped. So I'm somewhat disappointed.”

Hi Carolyn, In the future please call or email us with any questions you have. However we are unable to mix products like that. We can send 5lbs of chopped and 5lbs of whole. Thank you, Taylor

“Not only was the Chile packed and shipped promptly, but they were packaged in separate 1 pound, resealable, heavy-duty bags.
