I've written about how much I appreciate the Roasted Hatch in the past, and how much processing time it saves me not having to wash, roast, peel and freezebag them. I'm not a heat freak by any means, but green chile must have some heat or it's not chile. I'm a little disappointed in the recent batch (2025 harvest) of Hot Chopped Green Chile... it could be hotter and still not blow my head off. That's where a master blender might come in handy. Get on it, won't you?

The chilis are wonderful and I use them in just about everything I cook especially when I run out of JalapeƱos, Thai and Tabasco chilis from my garden

Flavor was good although I ordered the hot, chopped green chili, it was not hot and I had to chop it more because it was barely chopped and had big pieces of chili

I absolutely love these peppers. I have order the mild and now the hot. I use them on my eggs and add them to Sammies.

The Chile is really good, but it could use more roasting and to be chopped smaller, there are some very big pieces in there.
