“I've written about how much I appreciate the Roasted Hatch in the past, and how much processing time it saves me not having to wash, roast, peel and freezebag them. I'm not a heat freak by any means, but green chile must have some heat or it's not chile. I'm a little disappointed in the recent batch (2025 harvest) of Hot Chopped Green Chile... it could be hotter and still not blow my head off. That's where a master blender might come in handy. Get on it, won't you?”
