“I live in the mountains of Western North Carolina and due to extended power outages due to Hurricane Helene, I lost 25 lbs of fresh green chile I roasted, peeled and chopped myself. I was so happy to get some delicious, hot, frozen green chile from Hatch. Thank you!”

“Good chile. Customer service sucks though. No one answered the phone on the deadline. I finally got a call back 3 days after the deadline and the phone calling back was very rude. I had already order more chile from Young Guns because Hatch Chile was not responding. Later, I order 12 Chiles.”

“Made our first batch today. Loving it, the house smells fantastic. Can't wait for dinner tonight. No such thing as Green Chili in North Carolina. Way better having yall roast, chop and package em up. We'll be back every year. MG”
