“I moved from the southwest to Seattle, and we HAVE to order these chiles every year. They are so flavorful and spicy and taste just like home. This is my fourth year ordering...I've done fresh, frozen and chopped, and it's always fantastic. One year I had a shipping issue (not Hatch's fault), and the Hatch team was SO responsive and helpful in resolving the issue. Literally whenever I meet someone out here who is from the southwest I tell them they HAVE to get their annual supply from the Hatch Chile Store.”
