“The fhopped hot chile has great flavor and males my chile verde stew excellent. I add some of your hot green chile powder as well. Outstanding end result. There is more charred skin pieces is this shipment than those previously. Still, the best I have found. Way better than what I can find in the grocery.”

“We lived in New Mexico for 10 wonderful years and now we can have the amazing Taste of Enchantment with us year round thanks to delivery from Hatch Chile Store. We do frozen green medium heat and they're just the right level inside enchiladas, stews, or casseroles. Our daughter is a heat-lover and prefers the hot. We ship her some for her birthday every year. She taught us how to make a seasoning mix with the dried green chile powder, cheddar popcorn powder, and shake like a flavor bomb over buttered popcorn. “We moved away from New Mexico 5 years ago and one thing we missed was fresh roasted green chili. We would bring back jars every time we visited but it just wasn't the same. I finally decided to spring for the cost and have some hot chopped green chili mailed to us in Florida. Now we are using it on almost everything again!!”
