“I understand the variables of seasonality differences and yearly differences mother nature can't be controled. The hot chile that I ordered is mild at best. I should probably consider X-hot should I order again.”

“After receiving both Hot and Medium chopped Chile mixing them together when cooking is just right amount of heat. I made my first batch of Green Chile a few days ago and it was perfect. I love the Hatch Chili Stores products. Living in Oregon it is a very nice treat to get them shipped.”
