“Grew up in New Mexico. Used to by 30-40 pounds of Hatch every year. Moved to Florida. Ni access here. I ordered the hot roasted. Came in 1 pound bags. Worked great. The hot was prettty good. If yoy ever go to extra hot let me know. Totally satisfied. A bit expensive but worth it to me”
