“Today, I made Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas with the roasted Hatch Hot Green Chile: absolutely delicious! My 15-yr-old grandsons inhaled then, and the whole family really enjoyed them! Thank you!”

“Really enjoyed the Chile not hot enough. Being from New Mexico I would like some of the peel left with the chili and it could have been roasted more. Not complaining just suggesting what would add to the flavor.”
