“Chile arrived fresh, smelled great when I opened the box. Spent the morning at my grill roasting the chile, then peeling and packaging. Took some on the camping trip to spice up the burgers and eggs. Worth the effort. Highly recommend The Hatch Chile Store for your chile.”

“Arrived when promised with zero spoilage. The chile looked great and roasted even better on a beautiful Camarillo, CA morning. The perfume of roasting chile take me home. It is definately Sandia Hot with great flavor and heat. The family is ready green chile everything.”

“Had to pre-order but worth the wait. Great taste, makes really good Green Salsa and great as is on the BBQ! This batch was not as hot as I thought so next batch I will order the Xtra Hot! disclaimer - I am of the Latino ethnicity :) so my Hot may not be the same as your Hot reference. FYI my wife is making Chile Rellenos with these, looking forward for that.”
